And just like that, it’s April.

The thing is, I don’t have much to say. There’s a lot going on – and maybe someday I’ll even be able to write about some of it, but not today. Or even soon.

I have so many drafts started, half-written, sprinkled with a healthy dose of “oh my yeah let’s not say that here or really anywhere.” My mind is full, but my public face is blank. As it must be.

A few things I have been enjoying of late:

  • Reading real books. I’ve been reading books made of paper. It’s been really nice. I’m very glad that I joined the Nightmares from Nowhere Book Club to keep new things coming into my hands on a regular basis.
  • Knitting again. Not as much as I have in the past, but I finished a sock today and that felt pretty good.
  • Listening to Classical in the morning when my standard NPR wake-up is more than feels do-able in the AM.
  • Still baking, mostly bread. Still plotting to tackle croissants at some point.
  • omg.lol – it’s a fun collection of things to play with.
