@texasinafrica I never had tritip before moving to CA. It’s no smoked brisket, but it’s not bad. I usually prefer it to CA “BBQ brisket.” So many people here think grilled = BBQ. (We still get our brisket shipped on from TX – even after nearly 20 years in CA.)
