I have two pairs of socks on the needles — some grey/black pinstripe ones for Stevie and those grey/red/blue ones I started Tuesday night. I have a boatload of winter white Polar and at least 10 skeins of crimson Debbie Bliss Cashmerino super-chunky. I have a sweater that still needs to be seamed (now that I’ve fixed the unfortunate armhole mix-up). Two more 100g’s of sock yarn in grey and sand… and what do I do last night? Another 100g of sock yarn — this time a nice variegated dark foresty green. That’s before I got home and discovered my elann order had come in. Yet MORE sock yarn — enough for three pairs in various colors — and the yarn for my Ribbi Cardi in a lovely silvery-light green color. But does that stop me? No. I just bought a load of lovely baby silk in black. Of course I need a baby silk sweater!
This would be a lot easier to believe if I would just finish that cardigan I’ve had in the works for so long. Maybe this weekend, after I re-block the pieces…
