Back @ the big p-V, there was a department devoted to billing and arranging telecom installations — our WorldCom connection. And WorldCom sent over a manual with everything you’d ever need to know about pricing, scheduling, blah blah… Except it said it was a “pricing Manuel“. For some reason, I just thought of that and it set me to giggling.
