I’ve decided that I need to exercise more.

Not to lose weight, though I don’t think that would be a bad thing. But because I’m depressed, and exercise raises my mood. Expecially lifting weights — I guess because I can get out my anger there and then it just leaves me. I know that I can also do that on the pillow… but (let’s face it) I’m not much of a meditator. I want to be… well, maybe I want to want to be a good meditator. Big difference. I need to meditate on that. <grin>
