On the advice of our realtor, we are not putting in a bid on that house. Seems the seller has no intention of taking list (which is all we were willing to offer), and is expecting the price to bid up. Good for him if he gets it, but I’m inclined to doubt it. The market isn’t what it was a few months ago.
