We took K&J to look at that house, and they gave it a nod. Which was comforting, to have someone else look at it. I have a few questions – and the term “liquification zone” is a bit scary – but I’m waiting to hear back from our realtor to discuss it. If all works out, we’ll put an offer in on Wednesday. The whole “liquification zone” thing actually isn’t freaking me out as bad as you might think. Sure, it means we could fall into the ocean. But don’t we have hazard insurance for that? <grin> Besides, we don’t have the extraordinary cash (nor will we probably ever have the means) to get something that falls into a fire zone, instead of the standard “earthquake” zone.
