Less frantic. Less like a Radiohead song. I’m going to actually get something done today – I hope – and that’s good news. Plus, the insurance company is covering all but $1750 of the repairs on the foundation plumbing. Major bonus. I’m thrilled. I wonder if we get the money back from our escrow when we close on the house… the escrow for next year’s insurance, I mean. We’ll see. Closing isn’t today, but it will happen later this week. Then, we’ll have lots of $$, which will quickly translate into having very little debt. Maybe more later.
