Hrm, I seem to be hitting a different call center. The "please don't hang up" reminders are different. I'm not sure if that's a bad sign or not.
Now it's been the required 24 hours. I'm calling them back. I am not getting through. It wasn't supposed to be this annoying.

I don't have any hard evidence, only anecdotal. And my own experience, but the iPhone activation stuff seems seriously hosed to me. Grr... Last time I tried to call, the call was cut off. The time before that, they were having technical difficulties - try your call again later. BAH!

I know the iPhone will have problems. I know it will be imperfect. I know that the next revision will be so much better. And I'm still getting one. (I hope.)

I've been feeling very meh the past few weekends. Missed Debbie's Bachelorette (much sadness about that) due to work stuff and still fighting off a minor infection. The combination made me know damn well that my sourness was probably infectious even if my illness isn't, so I laid on the couch. Very exciting. I think that I'm just using up all my adrenaline during the week so that I have literally none left by the weekend. I need to break out of this meh. I have faith that I'll get some anti-meh inspiration soon. I mean, how meh can someone be in the Bay Area in the summer? It's another interminably beautiful day out there. I'll bet there's even a new gang of baby ducks out there, waiting to be discovered. Now I just have to get the inspiration to get out there and find them...
I think I'll start with a pedicure.
