That's it. For the rest of the month, I'm going to the gym twice a week. No more than that; just twice a week. Then, in July, I'll increase that to three times weekly.
That's all there is to it. That is the sum total of my goal. For now. I figure that because it is so easy for me to get discouraged, it's in my best interest to start with small goals that are easy to achieve. posted by bethanye
